Your booking is made with Invigorate You Travel Pty Ltd (we) ABN: 50 610 728 277. By paying your deposit or full payment, you are accepting our booking conditions. The booking refers to the services provided and referred to on your invoice.
- Deposit Requirements & Acceptance of Terms:
In order to confirm your booking, we require a deposit of $500 per person. Final payment is due 70 days prior to commencement date of your arrangements. Should your booking be made within the final payment period, full payment is due at the time of the reservation. Please refer to your invoice for full details of payment terms. If payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel your booking as per the cancellation terms.
- Validity of quotes:
Quotations are valid for 14 days from the date on your invoice.
- Cancellation by You:
Cancellation must be received in written format. Cancellation fees are as follows:
- Within 70 days prior to commencement date of your arrangements: 100% cancellation fee
- 70 days or more prior to commencement date of your arrangements: loss of deposit
Amendments to your booking must be received in written format. Amendment fees to the land content of your booking are charged as below:
- Within 70 days prior to commencement date of your arrangements: $250 per person per amendment
- 70 days or more prior to commencement date of your arrangements: $100 per person per amendment
- Amendments to airfares are subject to the fare rules dictated by the Airline. Invigorate You Travel Pty Ltd is in no way responsible for the amendment fees charged by airlines.
- Cancellation by us:
We may cancel a trip at any time prior to departure if, due to terrorism, natural disasters, political instability or other external events it is not viable for us to operate the planned itinerary. In circumstances where the cancellation is due to external events outside our reasonable control, refunds will be less any unrecoverable costs. We are not responsible for any incidental expenses that you may have incurred as a result of your booking including but not limited to visas, vaccinations, travel insurance excess or non-refundable flights.
In the event that we need to cancel your trip due to external events outside of our control, you can choose to transfer amounts paid to an alternative departure date and no amendment fee will be due.
- Optional Activities:
Optional activities referred to on your trip itinerary are in no way included in your trip cost. Invigorate You Travel Pty Ltd are not liable for any optional activity arranged directly with our service provider whilst you are travelling. The contract for the provision of that service is between you and the activity provider.
Please refer to your trip itinerary for full details of inclusions. Please contact us prior to your commencement of travel should you have any queries regarding inclusions. We include:
- Accommodation as listed in your itinerary
- Sightseeing, meals, beverages and activities listed in your itinerary
- Transportation as listed in your itinerary
In our land-based packages, we do not include:
- International or internal flights
- Airport taxes not covered in your air ticket
- Excess baggage charges
- Meals, beverages and activities other than those specified in your itinerary
- Visa & passport costs
- Travel insurance
- Personal expenses
Please note, we can arrange for some of the above items to be added to your cost prior to commencement of travel.
- Travel Insurance:
We highly recommend you take out travel insurance at the time of your deposit in case you need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances. Please refer to the Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) of your insurer to determine if you are covered for a specific event.

Our advice is general and you should consider if this product suits your needs. Before you buy, please read the Product Disclosure Statement available from us. This insurance is underwritten by certain underwriters at Lloyd’s.
- Your details and your privacy:
In order for us to confirm your travel arrangements, you must provide all requested details with the balance of the trip price. Necessary details include full name as per passport, date of birth, nationality, passport number, passport issue and expiry date and any pre-existing medical conditions you have which may affect your ability to complete your travel arrangements. Information that we collect from you may be used for the purpose associated with the operation of a Trip. The information may be disclosed to our agents, service providers or other suppliers to enable us to operate the Trip.
- Passports and Visas:
It is your sole responsibility to ensure you carry a valid passport and have obtained all of the appropriate visas &/or permits for your trip. It is your sole responsibility to ensure you hold the correct visa &/or permit for your trip. Invigorate You Travel Pty Ltd is not responsible if you are refused entry or denied boarding any form of transport due to lack of correct documentation.
- Claims and Complaints:
If you have a complaint whilst travelling, please inform your local representative at that time in order to rectify the matter. Complaints after completion of travel should be put in writing to Invigorate You Travel Pty Ltd within 30 days of your return.
- Flexibility/Change of Itinerary:
You appreciate and acknowledge that the nature of this type of travel requires flexibility and you should allow for alternatives due to local circumstances or events (such as weather, strikes, festivals etc.). The itinerary provided is representative of the types of activities contemplated, but it is understood that the route, schedules, itineraries, amenities and mode of transport may be changed en route.
- Limitation of Liability:
We contract with a network of companies, government agencies and individuals to assist in the running of our trips as agent for these third parties. We are not responsible for the acts and omissions of these third parties.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Any liability for any loss, death, injury or damage which you may suffer (directly or indirectly) in connection with or arising out of your participation in a trip, or any breach of the Booking Conditions, is excluded;
You release us and our officers, employees, agents and representatives from any liability and expressly waive any claims you may have against us arising out of or in connection with your participation in a trip; and
- Any condition or warranty which would otherwise be implied by law into these Booking Conditions (Implied Warranty), is excluded.
- To the extent an Implied Warranty cannot be excluded, our liability in respect of the Implied Warranty is limited to (in our absolute discretion): (i) the provision of a similar trip to an equivalent value; or (ii) a refund of the total amount received by us from you in connection with your booking.
Any claim by you is excluded to the extent that it is for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits or economic loss, however it arises, or for indirect, special, punitive or exemplary damages.
Should any term or condition contained in these Booking Conditions become unenforceable or invalid by operation of law or as being against public policy or for any other reason, then that term or condition shall be deemed to be severed from this contract or amended accordingly only to such extent necessary to allow all remaining terms and conditions to remain and continue as binding.
